This family owned business for over 20 years has a huge reputation in the area. Father, mother, three sons and a wife, all make this one of the best and award winning butchers in the south east of Scotland. All meat is locally sourced and it is always a pleasure to deal with the family and staff at Andersons.

Tulipa
Carol Davidson is our florist – creating stunning floral arrangements for all different events at Green Craig. Carol runs her shop from North Berwick, again, a local business with a wealth of knowledge and experience. tulipa@btconnect.com

Lockett Bros.
Chris Lockett and Graham Kinniburgh are dedicated to their business as wine merchants. Providing our guests with the wines and liquors they want. Passionate about their trade they are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Gardener
Phil Mitchell looks after Green Craig’s garden as he does most of the other Gosford policies, normally a man on a mission with acres of grass to cut and a very small weather window to do so!

Henrietta the Hen
Henrietta is one of Gosford Organics laying hens, she and her friends provide us with organic eggs for all our cooking at Green Craig. Home for Henrietta is just over the wall on the Gosford Estate where she enjoys scratching for worms, and enjoying the sun.

Tour Drive
Mike Scott is one of our most valuable suppliers to Green Craig – he and his drivers supply us with the most professional chauffeur service. Many guests have had the pleasure of using one of Mike’s vehicles, be it an airport picks up or a week’s long driving, Mike’s dedication to his business is evident in his personal service.
