The Bedrooms: Gosford Bay
Goss-ford Ba-ay Scottish n. place
The eighth hole of Kilspindie Gold Course, Aberlady, East
Lothian is named after the body of water the borders this
wonderful par three. Braced on the tee, you are faced with an
intimidating 162 yard hole with most of the distance a carry
over Gosford Bay. The undulating green and prevailing
south westerly wind, make this an extremely difficult but
enjoyable hole. The views along the coastline towards Green
Craig and Gosford House are to be savoured.
Gosford Bay overlooks the gardens and the bay towards the gate houses for Gosford House. Decorated in a stunning blue Nina Campbell toile with headboards of embroidered cream wool this is a spacious sunny room. The bathroom has a spa bath with shower over.
