The house has six bedrooms, all with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. There is a further ground floor bedroom which is not en-suite.
Also available is a separate two-bed-roomed self-contained cottage.
The house design incorporates the best that Scotland has to offer in cashmere, wool and tweed. Each room has been individually tailored for comfort.
The public rooms are spacious, with a large sitting room, open log fires, a beautiful period paneled dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with spectacular views.

It is privately placed in 50 acres of mature woodland and offers uninterrupted views over the sea to Edinburgh, Fife and beyond . It is the perfect place to unwind, retreat and recharge boasting 4 star traditional luxury
accommodation, stunning views and complete quiet, all just minutes away from
local train stations and 15 minutes east of Edinburgh.

A two nights stay in 4 star luxury accommodation, all rooms are en-suite with stunning views! Let us look after you. Full board catering includes continental buffet breakfasts, healthy buffet lunches and two course dinners cooked on site, you don’t need to lift a finger. Expect delicious locally sourced seasonal ingredients cooked to the highest standard. If you would like to bring some fine wine to drink with your meal there is no corkage charge, a wee note, please think tipple rather than gallon! If you have any dietary requirements please talk to us. Water and hot drinks are also included throughout the day, we want you to feel at home so enjoy at your leisure.

The Yoga of course!
Sally will be teaching four one and a half hour long Yoga sessions before breakfast and before dinner. Sally trained in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga with CYS ( Classical Yoga School) Scotland in 2015 and has been teaching Yoga ever since. She teaches a style called Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is a very accessible style of Yoga and teaches to all levels throughout East Lothian. Beginners are very welcome on our retreat. Class starts slowly, focusing on certain breathing techniques that help to focus the mind and centre the body followed by fundamental Yoga poses that will stretch and lengthen the body and finishing with a deeply relaxing Yogic Sleep (Savasana and Yoga Nidra). Sally will be on hand throughout the retreat to answer any questions you might have about your Yoga practice.
Our 30 minute reflexology treatment will be delivered by Caroline. Caroline graduated from The Edinburgh Therapy Academy in 2011 and is delighted to provide you with your 30 minute reflexology treatment over the course of the weekend. Reflexology is a non-intrusive pressure point massage therapy that is tailored to the individual taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be effecting your well-being. Reflexology brings your body back into a state of balance and can reduce stress, promote better sleep, bringing about a profound sense of calm and relaxation, improving your emotional state and general health and well-being!

*Within the grounds is a large hot tub with stunning views across the Firth Of Forth, the warm relaxing water massage will stimulate your body to release endorphins, increasing blood circulation speeding up recovery and repair. A soothing little haven to help you slow down, tune in and let go. You are very welcome to venture out to the hot tub in the evenings for a calming soak and a bit of stargazing! We are also encouraging wild sea swimming on the retreat, come and embrace the chance to step out of your comfort zone in a supported environment and take a dip in the sea! If you didn’t already know, sea swimming is incredibly good for your health! Apart from the sea being packed full of health promoting minerals like sodium, magnesium and calcium, the cold water releases hormones such as endorphins, adrenaline and cortisol which lifts your mood and brings a sense of calm and serenity to your being. Get the Glow! (Sea Swimming optional!).
*Laura Thomas of Laura Thomas Co is coming to give a small informal chat about how to create a relaxing space using soft furnishings and candles and then will offer us a 15 minute guided meditation after our Yoga class using one of herbeautiful luxury soy candles. Mmm, bliss!
*Rebecca O’Connor BSC Aromatherapy and Beauty Therapy and founder of award winning Beatitude products will be coming in to talk about aromatherapy, it’s benefits and then offering a facial massage demonstration using some her stunning facial oils! Rebecca is an incredibly knowledgeable woman, we can’t wait to offer you this experience!
Anna Neubert -Wood from WanderWomen Scotland is coming to talk to us about the benefits of getting outdoors and sea swimming, offering sound advice on how to be adventurous safely and will be leading an optional sea swim.

A £100 deposit is required upon booking to secure your place and full payment is due one month before the retreat date, 20th September. If your booking is cancelled before the 20th August you will be refunded in full MINUS your £100 deposit, after this date we will be unable to refund you. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled a full refund will be given. Please talk to us if you would like to pay in installments. Remember when you pay in full before the end of July you receive your early bird offer!

Not only can you feast your eyes on the sights but also take advantage of East Lothian's 19 golf courses. Green Craig neighbours Craigielaw Golf Club and Kilspindie Golf Club and the famous Muirfield Links and Gullane are just 5 minutes away.
Country and coastal walks, cycling, golfing, pony treks and water-skiing are but a few of the activities on offer. Or simply relax in our hot tub with views of Arthur's Seat and Edinburgh Castle.
